Use the Report button on the booking page. Our trust team responds within four business hours.

If something went wrong with a booking — quality, behavior, or safety — report it to our trust team. We investigate every report and follow up with you directly.

    Open the booking
    Account → Bookings, then tap the booking that needs attention.

    Tap Report a concern
    Pick the closest category — quality, behavior, safety, billing.
  3. 3
    Add detail and evidence
    Photos and chat screenshots help us move faster.
Urgent safety issue?
Call local emergency services first, then report to us. We'll work with you and authorities as needed.
