What does the verified badge mean?

The green checkmark means the pro has passed ID verification, address verification, and reference checks.

Verification is a three-step check we do before any pro goes live, and refresh once a year.

  • Government-issued ID matched against a live selfie.
  • Proof-of-address from the last 90 days.
  • Phone calls to two professional references.
What it doesn't mean
Verification confirms identity, not skill. Always read reviews and check work samples before booking.
