Community guidelines

Respect, transparency, and safety — the three rules that keep Island Pro a good place to work and to book.

4 min read·Updated April 15, 2026·For pros

We expect every pro and every client to follow three baseline rules. We enforce them by removing accounts that don't.

Respect

No harassment, slurs, or threats. Disagreements over scope or quality are normal — escalate to support if you can't resolve them on chat.

Transparency

Use real photos, real prices, and real availability. Don't pad reviews and don't book yourself under a different account.

Safety

If you ever feel unsafe on a job, leave first and report after. We always pay you for the time you invested before leaving.
