How to cancel or reschedule a booking
You can cancel or reschedule from your client account up to the pro's cancellation window. After that, the pro's policy applies.

Each pro sets their own cancellation window — most are 24 hours before the booking, some are 48 or 72 for higher-effort jobs. The window is shown on the booking confirmation and on the pro's profile.
Cancel a booking
- 1Open your bookingsAccount → Bookings, then tap the booking.
- 2Tap Cancel bookingWe show the refund amount upfront based on the pro's policy and the time remaining.
- 3ConfirmWe'll email both you and the pro. Refunds appear in 3-5 business days.
Reschedule instead
Rescheduling within the cancellation window is free. After the window, the pro can still accept a reschedule but may apply a partial fee.
Emergencies
If something serious comes up, message your pro first. Most are flexible when you give them notice.
