Understanding your credit balance

Credits power broadcasts and lead acceleration. Top up from the billing page; refunds for unused credits are honored within 12 months.

Credits are the in-app currency for sends — broadcasts, paid lead promotions, and SMS notifications. They never expire as long as your account is active, and unused balances can be refunded for 12 months.
