Calendar sync is included on every pro plan. We currently support Google Calendar and Apple iCloud Calendar. Outlook is in private beta — message support to opt in.

Open Portal → Calendar → Integrations
Click Connect Google Calendar.

Pick which calendars to sync
We pull busy/free from any calendar you tick. We push new bookings to the calendar you mark as primary.

Set buffers
Most pros add a 15-minute buffer before/after each booking — set it once and it applies to every sync.

Best practice

Sync the calendar you actually live in. The most common cause of double-bookings is syncing a calendar you forget to update.
