Once a pro accepts your booking, a chat thread opens. Use it to confirm details, share photos, and ask questions.

  • Photos and short videos — drag and drop or use the paperclip icon.
  • Quotes — pros can send a structured quote you accept with one tap.
  • Notifications — by default we send you a push and an SMS for every new message; tune in Settings.
